ProStart Competition

This year eight students had the opportunity to compete in two ProStart categories- Michelle Hammock, Abigail Delgado, Amber Doyle, DaMya Brown, and Victoria Singleton competed in ProStart Culinary. The competition was against teams state-wide who were also scored on safety, sanitation, teamwork, creativity, skill, taste, and culinary math.

Grace Deavor, Kelly Cochran, and Courtney Lemay competed in ProStart Management. Teams were scored on business proposals consisting of a defined restaurant concept, supporting menu, and marketing plan.
