The Culinary Arts program at West Ashley offers a Hospitality Work-Based Credit. Normally Work-based Learning Assignments- this program offers the same benefits of Internships and Youth Apprenticeships, in addition to a high school credit! Having such an amazing oppurtunity gives you a head-start in your potential culinary career, as well early knowledge of the business world.
