ProStart Competition

This year eight students had the opportunity to compete in two ProStart categories- Ariel Salazar, Sean Soda, Hallie Sanders, Brazil Murry, and Hope Rutherford competed in ProStart Culinary. The competition was against teams state-wide who were also scored on safety, sanitation, teamwork, creativity, skill, taste, and culinary math.  

Placed 3rd!

Grace Deavor, Kelly Cochran, and Autumn Watts competed in ProStart Management. Teams were scored on business proposals consisting of a defined restaurant concept, supporting menu, and marketing plan.

Placed 6th!
